Evolving Extreme: Repositioning for added client value

Recognising that the events market is constantly changing, and that our clients are looking to have more meaningful engagements with their customers, we have been making a number of internal and external changes to ensure we deliver on this added value expectation.

In recent months, we have realigned the whole team to give our clients clear points of contact while ensuring that a cross section of skills and experience is applied to every project. This means that every project (even a reinstall of an existing environment) is challenged creatively to ensure complacency never rears its ugly head.

Our processes have also been refined and enhanced to enable us to work in a collaborative and agile way with clients. A process that is both effective and efficient with everyone’s most valuable resource – time.

This approach, coupled with our proven service and quality delivery, is already bringing a great response as can be seen below from Dansac Hollister, one of our medical sector clients.
