Senior Draughtsman – Working Drawings

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Draughtsman to retain and grow revenue from existing clients.

Title: Senior Draughtsman – Working Drawings

Reports to: Head of Creative

Role:  To produce working drawings (exhibition stands, outside exhibits, hospitality chalets, product launches) for client projects by working with the account lead, project team, and contractors.

Experience: 5+ years of producing working drawings in a creative studio for an exhibition agency.

Responsibilities:

To produce detailed working drawings to enable the physical construction of winning designs in line with the client brief.

  • Create detailed and accurate 2D working drawings
  • To meet deadlines for operational submissions
  • Ensure Extreme company process is maintained
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all projects on SharePoint
  • Act as an ambassador to Extreme internally and when on site to maintain positive company image
  • Keep up-to-date with design packages and techniques
  • Keep abreast of and share knowledge of Studio Max, Vectorworks, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro and Illustrator

Account Manager/Director

We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager/Director to retain and grow revenue from existing clients.

Title: Account Manager/Director

Reports to: Commercial Director

Role:  To retain and grow revenue from existing clients by managing their overall programme of events to the agreed production and service levels.

Experience: 5+ years of managing global client brands in the events and exhibition market in various sectors.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the successful delivery of projects from the kick off meeting through to delivery on site and take down.

  • Identify new business opportunities from existing clients
  • Provide input to Go/No Go process
  • Prepare client brief and guidance at Kick-Off meetings to ensure that client insight is transferred to the team
  • Prepare the proposal timing schedule and manage the proposal process to ensure that the process is followed and that the design and cost proposal meets customer brief.
  • Present proposal and negotiate new projects to achieve growth targets.
  • Ensure smooth and timely handover to operations team for delivery of the project
  • Ensure Extreme company process is maintained
  • Have regular calls/meetings with clients ensuring contact reports and change orders are communicated to the wider team.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all projects on Salesforce/SharePoint
  • Attend client events and ensure that all information is fed back accurately
  • Act as an ambassador to Extreme internally and when on site to maintain positive company image

Exhibition Project Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the successful and profitable delivery of global client projects to agreed production and service levels.

Title:  Exhibition Project Manager

Reports to:  Head of Operations

Role:   To manage the successful and profitable delivery of global client projects to agreed production and service levels.

Experience:

5+ years of managing the delivery of events and exhibition stands in various sectors.

Responsibilities:

To manage the successful delivery of projects from contract signing through to delivery on site and take down.

  • Provide input at Kick-Off meetings to ensure that designs can be achieved for available budget
  • Prepare RFP to solicit competitive quotes for proposed design projects
  • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure best pricing is achieved to maximise pitch success
  • Advise alternative construction methods for achieving the required design results
  • Liaise with suppliers, organisers and place orders in line with exhibitor manual
  • Prepare project plan and ensure that all deadlines are met
  • Manage suppliers to ensure projects are delivered to customer requirements on time and on budget.
  • Ensure Extreme’s company process is maintained
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all projects on SharePoint
  • Act as an ambassador to Extreme internally and when on site to maintain positive company image
