Artwork File Upload

Please use the form below to upload your artwork to our server. To make locating your files easier - please label your file/s with your company name and artwork reference. We will contact you once we have checked the files.

Acceptable software file formats:

Photoshop 11 (CS4), Illustrator 14 (CS4), InDesign 6 (CS4) Quark(8) (and previous versions) are the only native files accepted.

If you are using another software program export the final art as an EPS, PDF, or TIFF.

• PHOTOSHOP - provide native PSD files whenever possible. If sending a layered image, convert all text to smart objects.
• ILLUSTRATOR - outline all fonts and embed all images before submitting art.
• Quark - Include all fonts and linked images.
• In Design - outline all fonts in both the native file and any linked files. Submit final art with all linked files.

Artwork requirements:

Convert all colours to CMYK. Always layout the art to the Final Art size provided.

Submit final art at 1/4 size, 300dpi and in CMYK ONLY.

Critical cuts between panels should be avoided.

PMS colors should all be converted to their CMYK equivalent. Vector art that has been "auto-generated" using vector path creation tools is not acceptable for vinyl cutting.
